1.Bags come in rose gold, or sliver.
2.Bag size is: 5 1/8" x 3 1/8" x 8 1/8"
3. Bags do standup themselves.
3.ITEMS IN BAG ARE NOT INCLUDED
4. Labels do not come attached. Apply the sticker before you fill the bag up with goodies.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select the amount needed from the drop-down menu. The bags and stickers come in increments of 12.
2. Select color of bag from the drop-down menu.
3. In the personalization box please leave first names and date.
4. only the bottom text is customizable


-Assembly is required. You will have to place the stickers onto the bags. Place the stickers on the bags before you fill it up with goodies.
- I do sell the same bags but in a smaller size which is good for smaller candy. They are located in my shop.

When will I see proof of my bag?

PROOFS FOR BAGS
A proof will be sent via the Etsy Convo system within 5 business days (weekends and holidays, excluded). Your order will be processed only after we receive your approval. You get three sets of revisions. Any additional proofs will be an extra $5.00 for three extra proofs. Proofs we only be sent after the purchase has been made. Please check your messages. The sooner you approve your proof the sooner I can fulfill your order.

Package was lost in the mail?

Once the package is picked up by USPS it is out of my hands.

If you think the package was lost in transit please call USPS at:

If the package was lost both Sweet Love Candy and the customer will split the costs for new product to be sent out.

What if my package was stolen?

Once the package is picked up by USPS it is out of my hands. If USPS tracking states it was delivered I CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR PRODUCT. Please contact your local police station and post office if your item has been stolen. USPS has GPS on all mail carriers and satellite to insurer your package was delivered at the time and place the tracking info states. If the tracking does state it was delivered and you never received please call USPS at:

What if my pacakge was sent to the wrong adresses?

Please make sure your addresses is correct during the checkout process. I am not reasonable if your package is sent to the addresses on file with Etsy. Please make sure your addresses is current. If your package was sent to the addresses on file and you no longer live there please call USPS AT 1 (800) 275-8777

What if my pacakge is lost? (exculdes not updating your adderss to your current address)
