When will I see proof of my bag?
PROOFS FOR BAGS
A proof will be sent via the Etsy Convo system within 5 business days (weekends and holidays, excluded). Your order will be processed only after we receive your approval. You get three sets of revisions. Any additional proofs will be an extra $5.00 for three extra proofs. Proofs we only be sent after the purchase has been made. Please check your messages. The sooner you approve your proof the sooner I can fulfill your order.
Package was lost in the mail?
Once the package is picked up by USPS it is out of my hands.
If you think the package was lost in transit please call USPS at:

If the package was lost both Sweet Love Candy and the customer will split the costs for new product to be sent out.
What if my package was stolen?
Once the package is picked up by USPS it is out of my hands. If USPS tracking states it was delivered I CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR PRODUCT. Please contact your local police station and post office if your item has been stolen. USPS has GPS on all mail carriers and satellite to insurer your package was delivered at the time and place the tracking info states. If the tracking does state it was delivered and you never received please call USPS at:

What if my pacakge was sent to the wrong adresses?
Please make sure your addresses is correct during the checkout process. I am not reasonable if your package is sent to the addresses on file with Etsy. Please make sure your addresses is current. If your package was sent to the addresses on file and you no longer live there please call USPS AT 1 (800) 275-8777
